Anette is a recent author of "Coffee Obsession" and is the former head roaster and current green bean buyer at SQM coffee. They talk about being a world cupping champion, how that spurred her on to directing one of UK’s top artisan roasters and what its like to be one of few women roasters who actually visits origin to buy their beans.
Anette also takes us through what a “cupping” is.
