What do you love about coffee? It has the ability to transform people's lives. Not just an unhappy person who needs 5 minutes to themselves in the city. But farmers, families and communities.
What Coffee you're using at the Cafe: house roasted, Finca Jesus of Honduras.
Croissant: Chocolate, Almond or plain: Neither, I can't stand croissants I'll never forgive the French for the rainbow warrior
Run or Ride: Ride, I'm lazy, but I do cycle to pick up our bqked goods from am German organic bakery three times a week.
Ocean or pool: Ocean, I grew up in Homoana, where the surf championsips and fine wines are from. I've got salt in my blood. Years of sailing will do that
